懐石 dinner (8 courses)... good food & service.
I have been to this restaurant previous time when I visited Osaka.
I like the traditional Japanese style garden at the entrance.

I had lunch (おまかせ) here on June 28th, before I went to
Mitchy's
concert venue.
Convenient! The restaurant was inside the hotel that I was staying in.
The food was very fresh. The chef showed me the octopus was
still moving.
I met famous singer 松田聖子 in the restaurant. The chef asked me where I came from &
why I was in Osaka, after I mentioned that I flew from California to
Tokyo/Osaka to attend Mitchy's concerts, he introduced me to her & told
me that she was having concerts just opposite the hotel. She was
very friendly & we had some casual chat.

懐石 dinner (8 courses)... enjoyable dinner with nice view of the
garden.
I have been to this restaurant several times (sushi by the counter)
during my visit to Osaka in previous years, though I haven't tried their
teppanyaki or sumibiyaki sections yet.

懐石 lunch (5 courses), food was delicious and nicely presented.
I have been to this restaurant several times during my visits to Osaka
in previous years.
Other than the good food, I like the panoramic view towards the river
from the restaurant.
This was the day when Mitchy has to postpone his concert due to sore
throat inflammation.
