This photo was taken in Paris during late autumn/fall 2024 ?
Trees leaves already all fallen off... should be quite cold in Paris.
Guess you (Mitchy) enjoyed the stay in Paris while filming 'Grand Maison Paris' ?
I look forward to seeing Mitchy's stage greeting (Jan 15, 2025) at TOHOシネマズ日比谷 .

Very happy to see that Mitchy chooses chess game... my favorite game !
As for me, whether I accepts a guy or not ... depends mainly on the feel... especially the first date, whether I feel comfortable & share similar interests.

減塩? that's good idea Mitchy, salt makes high blood pressure worse.
Maybe less miso soup & less soya sauce on sushi?
Onion/garlic, celery, enough sleep & less alcohol also helps to lower blood pressure.
I am careful with my diet also, I reduce salt, animal fat, also avoid starch & sugar.
