I recently purchased a property in Dove Canyon (guard-gated residential community).
This property has 2 storeys with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 garages, 8300 sq ft land lot size.
My property is currently being fully remodelled & redecorated.
This gated community locates next to Coto de Caza in southern Orange County.
Dove Canyon has private signature golf course (designed by Jack Nicklaus), there are also lakes and various Club House amenities (swimming pool, tennis etc) for residents only.

In this section of the house, I will put a Grand Piano.
Mitchy probably can provide some suggestions... which brand would be good choice?
Same as other properties that I purchased in the past, I have everything newly replaced including all windows, doors, floor, staircase etc.. It takes time, as most of the items are ordered to be made.

This Golf Club locates inside the same private gated residential community as my home.

This golf course is famous because it's designed by Jack Nicklaus, for experienced golfers due to the level of difficulty.
